His diverse professional background includes management and work as a licensed blaster. As a mentor and driver coach, Jonathan is passionate about helping others navigate life’s transitions and develop the discipline and mental fortitude necessary for long-term success.

Drawing on his experience in Military Intelligence and high-stakes technical operations, Jonathan advocates for mental clarity, renewal, and personal growth. He believes in helping men identify what is weighing them down so they can move forward with a clear path and solid foundation.

Keilon Spires serves as a Program Mentor for the Mindful Momentz Initiative, where his passion for helping others grow, heal, and become the best version of themselves is at the center of his work. Whether through leadership, sports, mentorship, or simply having real conversations, Keilon believes in meeting people where they are and offering support without judgment.

Over the years, he has encouraged and mentored others through life experiences, personal growth, and leadership opportunities. Much of what drives him comes from understanding that everyone is carrying something, and sometimes people simply need guidance, encouragement, and someone willing to truly listen.

Keilon’s passion for mentoring and men’s mental health comes from witnessing how many men struggle in silence. He believes that one honest conversation can change — or even save — a life. His mission is to help create spaces where men can speak openly, grow emotionally and spiritually, and know they are not alone in what they face.

Grounded in faith, compassion, accountability, and service, Keilon believes real leadership begins with caring for people. He is passionate about helping others recognize their value, push through difficult seasons, and continue evolving into who they were created to be.

His goal is simple: to inspire growth, encourage real conversations, and remind people that healing, purpose, and strength can all coexist. Keilon hopes people walk away from every conversation feeling seen, encouraged, and motivated to keep moving forward no matter what season of life they are in.

Malachi Holloway

Malachi Holloway is a representative of the Brotherhood Reset Program based in Dearborn, Michigan, where he is passionate about helping men rebuild, refocus, and move forward with purpose.

Driven by a heart for mentorship, accountability, and personal growth, Malachi believes that real change begins when men are given safe spaces to have honest conversations about life, mental health, relationships, and faith. Through encouragement and leadership, he works to inspire men to break unhealthy cycles, strengthen their mindset, and pursue growth in every area of life.

His passion comes from understanding the pressures many men silently carry and recognizing the importance of brotherhood, guidance, and community. Malachi believes that healing and strength can coexist, and that vulnerability is not weakness but a step toward becoming whole.

As a speaker and advocate for growth and restoration, he hopes to encourage men to keep pushing forward, stay grounded in purpose, and never feel alone in their journey.

André Rainey

André Rainey is a former Mayor of Peekskill, New York, community advocate, and featured guest speaker for the Mindful Momentz Initiative June 6 discussion on men’s mental health, faith, and parenting.

Rainey currently serves as Chair of the New York chapter of the National Parents Organization and has been an outspoken advocate for fathers, families, shared parenting, and community empowerment throughout New York State. He is also affiliated with Fathers Are Important, where he continues to advocate for stronger family support systems and parental involvement.

Known for his passion for youth advocacy, leadership, and honest conversations surrounding family and fatherhood, André brings both personal experience and public leadership to the conversation.
