Meet Your Guide to Personal Growth

BIOGRAPHY
The Mindful Momentz Initiative was founded by J.O. Reid, a U.S. Army veteran and ICF-certified life coach, who recognized the unique mental health challenges faced by men in various communities. Drawing from his military experience and coaching expertise, J.O. sought to create a supportive environment that integrates mindfulness and prayer practices. What began as informal conversations has grown into a transformative movement aimed at empowering men to embrace their mental health journeys through community support and personal growth.
MISSION
The mission of the Mindful Momentz Initiative is to enhance mental wellness and resilience among men by promoting mindfulness and prayer practices while fostering a supportive community. The initiative aims to address the specific mental health challenges faced by men through culturally relevant programming, open dialogue, and shared experiences.
